Sydney is experiencing an Indian Summer of sorts. Just as it was cooling and everyone thought it was finally Autumn from nowhere we get another dose of hot, heat and humidity + no breeze. Not the best. However, we were rewarded with a spectacular thunderstorm last night which almost made it all worthwhile! I think it must have been 3 or 4 storm cells at least bunched up together and it bucketed down!
Fortunately, I had finished drawing this lovely charcoal and pastel creature you see here.I was able to leave here outside to dry in the warm sun after I'd applied her coat of fixative. Her name is Charlotte and she's a party girl. In fact I'm pretty sure she is the life of the party if not the party itself. I've now got her in my shop as a large 8" X 12" or A4 print with a small border for framing.
Hope everyone is having a lovely relaxing weekend!
Your work is absolutely beautiful!!

This lady is sooo beautiful! I hope the weather cools off soon for you. The weather here is mostly very warm in the morning and early afternoon and ends with rain and thunderstorm in the evening. Have a lovely merry happy day and love to you and yours!
